Not much going on

I swear..My life is sooooo boring. Same stuff, different day. Keith has been buying the newspaper lately and I started to laugh when I saw Adam sitting on the floor pretending to read it too. He tries to be a big boy and do things that daddy does. He love to read, so why not start with the sports page. LOL Daddy, grandpa and Uncle Dave do. He now gets excited when sports comes on. The men in my family start loving sports early. Poor women in my family. LOL
Adam now has a new hobby. Sliding on the slides. BY HIMSELF!! The big boy that he is. We were at one of Bug's soccer games and Adam grabbed Bug's hand and took him to the slide so they could go together. It was so cute. They both had a blast. The boys really enjoy being brothers. Adam will try and push Bug down so they can wrestle. That is one of Adam's favorite things to do with brother and to grab and run. Bug runs after him and the game begins. LOL
Right now were're perfectly content where we are in our lives and am so blessed to have such a loving family, extended family and friends. May the Lord bless all of you.

Anniversary

I can't believe that Keith and I have been married for 14 years now. Time just flies by. I look at all the trials we've had and the rewards for being patient. Keith is the kind of dad and husband that I always wanted. Even though life has been hard sometimes, I wouldn't trade it for the world because I got to go through it with him. We've shared tears, sorrow, joy and love. I'm glad that he is a good provider for our family, a hard worker, and is a worthly priesthood holder. I love him with all my heart and sometimes wish I could marry him all over again. :)

Here is the update

"Watching brother sure makes me thirsty." At Michael's last soccer game Adam thought it was pretty cool that he has learned how to drink from a water bottle like a big boy. I think there's still back wash though :) He's still a little guy... of course there's backwash.

We've got Adam sleeping in a big kid bed. With the gate up he eventually gets in the bed, kind of.... sometimes on the floor is where his naps take place, but his other distraction would have to be the light switch. I know that after the light switch cover he'll be getting way more sleep and so will we. :)
Awww....Isn't he so cute? He can't scream at you when his eyes are closed.
At Michael's soccer games, he always make most of the goals. Is it ok to teach him to always be the best? What if he looses? How do we teach him to be a looser? Maybe we'll always teach him to kick butt and he'll never have to figure out how to be a looser. He'll always be a winner :)

This is Michael with his team and his coach. Darn sun made the picture's kind of crappy.

I wonder who this handsome, talented, funny, terrific kid belongs too?

Outside Michael's always crazy. I think it comes completely natural. Adam loves to be just like his big brother. He has awesome gross motor skills. I think I'd fall on my face if I tried this.

Heavy, Heavy Hang over thy poor head :)

Oh sooo much info

We have finally got things organized and together from the move. NOT!!! To update everyone, we found out that we were going to be able to move from the apartment downstairs to the apartment upstairs. A little more room and a swamp cooler. It isn't too much more than we were paying downstairs. The upstairs people kept telling us different days and the landlord couldn't tell us much either about when we could move in. We thought for sure we'd have until the end of the month. WRONG!!! We found out on the 15th that we had to be out by the 17th. Ohh K! Then we found out we REALLY had to be out by the 16th. Thanks to my pregnant, yet wonderful neighbor and her husband, we were out in a day. Yes, we moved in a day. So needless to say, I'm still organizing and going through boxes to find everything. But I must say, the extra room is nice. It's amazing what a few feet on each side of the room does.
But, there was choas along the way. As you can see, Adam had a gay old time while dad and mom were preoccupied. That white stuff would be liquid baby cornstarch. He sure smelled pretty.

At least I had time to give him a bath. LOL

Bug's first day of school. I was so sad that I missed it because of work, but was glad Keith remembered to take pictures. Bug wasn't to excited about starting school again, but I told him once he actually got there, he would like it. He came home and told me I was right. He LOVED it and it was fun. There were only a few people in his new 2nd grade class from his 1st grade class last year, but he was glad 'cause then he could make new friends. He likes his new teacher Miss Mitchell. She's really young, but full of experience. As long as the kids like her and learn from her, that's all that matters. Of course, his favorite subject is still math and his least favorite..reading.

Keith gives me some interesting presents for different holidays. This is a singing and spinning turtle I got for Valentines Day. Adam's new favorite toy. It's been 4 years. Will those batteries EVER die?!!!

Best friends don't care about sharing toys. Why should they worry about sharing germs? LOL
